Who is it for?

  • Never lifted before
  • A desire for improved fitness
  • A focus on mastering fundamental movements

What we offer/What to expect:

  • Full body training three times a week. 1 cardio day.
  • Free weight workouts three times a week along with 1 one cardio day.
  • Combination of strength, circuit, and interval workouts.

Price:   1,000 baht  pay 3 months – total 3,000 baht
