Who is it for?
When making any fitness routine change, it’s always important to review your goals. Ask yourself what goals you’ve hit, which you’re still on track to hit, and which you may need to reassess.
Someone who is ready to move to an advanced level is someone familiar with their body and the muscle groups, who understands and employs proper technique and form, and who has achieved the majority of their fitness goals in one category or more.
What we offer/What to expect:
This is where the foundation and the fine tuning come together. For example:
- Frequency: 5 workouts, A mixture between strength, circuit and interval training. Including stretching, and mobility workouts.
- Will experience different styles of complex combinations along with challenges and assessments at the end of last week, each month.
- Will be pyramidizing certain exercises for better performance.
